Beginning Mar 20, 2024, at approximately 10:50 AM EDT, customers encountered failures when deploying Ubuntu-based Linodes due to an upstream provider outage which disrupted the installation process. We implemented a temporary code adjustment to our Marketplace apps, allowing for successful deployments. The upstream provider then resolved the outage at approximately 03:54:59 on Mar 20, 2024, at which point we reverted the temporary code change.

We're pleased to share that the upstream issue has been successfully resolved. As a result, we have reverted the temporary change that was implemented, ensuring that Marketplace Apps are now operating as intended. Monitoring
Our Marketplace Apps team has made a temporary change which has allowed the installation scripts to continue without failing. Our upstream third-party service provider has deemed this issue resolved.
