At 5:10 UTC on October 30th, 2023, our administrators were alerted to networking issues within our Dallas Datacenter.
This issue prevented customers from interacting with their Linode services via Cloud Manager/API as well as boot actions made via the console, but services themselves were unimpacted.
Actions performed by our administrators resolved most issues by 8:40 UTC, and residual issues were resolved by 9:17 UTC.
We continued to monitor the situation until 12:10 UTC, at which time, we determined the incident to be resolved.
