Connectivity Issue - Sydney

Incident Report for Linode

Postmortem

A line card in one of our edge routers entered a soft failure state, causing a reduced capacity scenario. This may have manifested to some customers as in increase in latency or some packet loss. Following a reboot of the failed card, all traffic returned to normal. We are following up with our hardware vendor, and if they deem any further action needs to be taken, we will do so in a future scheduled maintenance window.
