Monitoring

We became aware of a network performance degradation issue in Dallas, caused by outbound routing problems affecting a small subset of users. The issue occurred between approximately 19:58 UTC and 21:30 UTC on June 17, 2025. Based on current observations, service has returned to normal. Additional details are available on the Akamai Community. We will continue monitoring to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.
