At this time we can confirm the issues affecting connectivity in our Miami, US and Milan, IT data center are no longer impacting our services. We can confirm the issue lasted from 17:42 UTC to 18:43 UTC on September 14th, 2025. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable.
