On November 18, 2024, at 01:23 UTC, we experienced an issue affecting connectivity in one of the clusters of our JP-OSA (Osaka) data center. It resulted in customers experiencing degraded performance across services while connecting to the affected cluster during the impact window.

The investigation revealed that the issue was due to resource exhaustion in one of the JP-OSA (Osaka) data center clusters, which resulted in the performance degradation observed during the period of impact. 

We added additional capacity at 18:00 UTC on November 20, 2024, and after monitoring our systems for 24 hours, we confirmed that the issue was mitigated.

Monitoring
Our team is aware of an issue that affected connectivity in our JP-OSA (Osaka) data center. The issue started on November 18, 2024. During this time, users experienced intermittent connection timeouts and errors for all services deployed in this data center. At this time we have been able to correct the issues affecting connectivity in our JP-OSA (Osaka) data center. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable.
